

How to Earn your Open Water Scuba Diving Certification
Learn about scuba diving principles and terminology (either offline or online), then learn basic scuba skills in a pool (or pool-like environment) with a highly trained PADI Instructor. When you're ready, make four dives in an open water environment (the ocean, a lake) with your instructor supporting you every step of the way. Expect shallow dives (12m/40ft), the maximum allowed depth is 18m/60ftOpen Water

Whats involved
There is various ways you can study the theory dependant on you daily schedule
PADI eLearning Touch or on the go or with an Instructor in the classroom. Once you have completed the theory its time to go to the pool.

With Your Instructor
Practice different skills using scuba gear in a pool until you and your Instructor are comfortable.
PADI training includes practice "mini dives" and safety skills to help you build confidence in your new abilities before making four dives in open water.

With your Instructor
Complete 4 Open Water Dives repeating the skills you have learnt in the pool but his time in Open water.
